The VIP Lounge & Mexican Restaurant's fare is difficult to pigeonhole simply as "Mexican." While the eatery does serve up its share of authentic Mexican dishes (all tortillas are real corn tortillas, not flour) such as genuine nachos, chips con salsa, fajitas, enchiladas, stuffed jalapeno peppers, quesadillas and more, the restaurant manages a successful blend of Mexican fare with a unique fusion of new world flair. For example, the Mexican rolls, Mexican pizza and soon-to-be-famous wet burrito are creations of the Oaxacan chefs.
