Located in Downtown Winter Haven, El Olivo Mexican Restaurant has been serving hearty, authentic Mexican fare since 1988. The Adobe-like exterior has a porch on the front for people watching or smoking, while the interior is well-decorated with bright colors and an ethnic theme. The menu large menu has simple favorites like fajitas, burritos, tostadas, tamales and chimichangas. The owner said the Chille Rellenos, which are not on the menu but are one of the daily specials, are particularly popular.
