Paninoteca Mediterranean Café, located on the corner of Franklin and Twiggs Streets in downtown Tampa, serves homemade Greek food for lunch and dinner. Paninoteca is one of the few downtown restaurants open after dark during the week. Menu items include hummus, roasted garlic and Greek feta spread, tzatziki served with homemade warm pita bread, Greek salad, tomato salad and a wide variety of paninis including salami, prosciutto, Calabrese, roasted lamb and more. Paninoteca also offers carryout and delivery.
