With an extensive list of dishes from the Spanish-influenced Caribbean Islands, Copacabana is a new entry in the Spring Hill eatery contest. It has a lovely menu of items including the Cuban stuffed potato, plantain stuffed shrimp and even breakfast. Yellow rice, white rice, or beans and rice come with the entrees. Beer and wine (including, of course, Dos Equis and Presidente) are served.  As printed on the menu, "If it's not on the menu, ask your waitress." Bueno!

There is absolutely no complaints for this amazing restaurant! We are farely new to this town, originally from Miami. The food here is very authentic & tastes delicious & fresh! We've been back quite a few times now & every time is wonderful. Just this past visit, it was our son's birthday & the waitresses brought out cake & had the entire restaurant in chant singing happy birthday. And we didn't even ask. Definitely check this place out. You'll leave with a FULL stomach & NOT an empty wallet!

Highly recommend the pernil sandwich, delicious. The chicarrone is good if it is available. The food is good, but the service could be better if the staff was friendlier and more cordial. That would make the whole dining experience 5 stars.
