As its name implies, Pho Quyen's specialty is pho, a traditional Vietnamese soup of flavorful broth and rice noodles.

Pho Quyen's multi-page menu boasts a number of pho combinations as well as a number of Vietnamese favorites that include goi cuon (fresh spring rolls), do-it-yourself spring rolls, bun (rice vermicelli) and com (rice) dishes. Beef, pork, chicken and seafood are served up a number of ways (English menu translations are helpful) and there are several vegetarian selections.
